Are these live fares?

Yes. Fares come directly from airlines in real time and are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.

What details do I need to book?

For every traveller you need title, full name, date of birth and gender. One email address and mobile number are needed per booking. Passport details are optional.

When do I receive my tickets?

After you submit your booking request our team confirms it with the airline and emails your airline booking reference and e-tickets.

What extras can I add?

Each passenger can add extras during booking.

• Extra 23kg checked bag (outbound and return) – £60

When does Fare Guardian apply?

20% off applies automatically to GBP fares strictly above £500.

How do I change or cancel?

Contact us with your REQ request number. Changes depend on the airline's fare rules; a flexible ticket reduces change fees.
